Mark Wells
Mark Wells grew up in Greenville and has served this community through his business for over thirty years. He graduated from J.L. Mann High School and went on to get his B.S. Degree from Furman University. He began a career in Construction back in the early 1980’s and was highly successful in that industry. In 1989, following the housing crash of 1987,
I saw an opportunity to utilize my knowledge of the market and help the people of the Greater Greenville community who were struggling through that period of time, by starting a business that would provide rates that were lower than any other business in South Carolina, and with a service and hospitality that many have come back multiple times to experience.
My vision for Preferred Financial Services, Greenville, SC has always been to create an opportunity for home owners and home buyers to purchase or refinance their home at a rate that would not only be affordable and lower than any other mortgage company in South Carolina, but would enhance their home buying experience and their bottom line. My passion has always been to provide a service that not only benefits my clients and friends, but benefits Greenville and South Carolina’s housing market.

Hunter Wells grew up in Greenville and has stepped into the family business that his father, Mark Wells, started over thirty years ago. He graduated from Riverside High School and went on to get his B.S. degree from North Greenville University. He is passionate about helping people turn their home ownership goals into reality.
